AROUND THE FIRM Dear NONE,
For the past seventeen years, Roger has been practicing in his own law firm, as he continued to represent plaintiffs in civil litigation. His special emphasis has been on workplace product liability and negligence in industrial, construction and agricultural settings. He will continue to work on these type of cases at Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, P.C. Roger has been married 27 years to Patty, a surgical nurse, and they have a son, Heath, who is a college student. In other news, associates Derrick Mills and Rip Andrews have been elected to serve on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division for the Birmingham Bar Association.

Despite having suffered paralyzing injuries in a rollover accident, Lee has gone on to be a bass fishing professional. Recently, Lee spoke to local high school students about overcoming adversity in life. Read the article in The Leeds News. Finally, we invite you to take a few minutes to listen to David talk about truck safety on Alabama's highways.
