WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL
Dear NONE,
At Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, we think one of the things that makes our firm special is our top-notch investigative team.
Greg Carden has been doing investigative work at MRB for ten years. He's a member of the invitation-only Inner Circle of Investigators, a nation-wide association of investigators, engineers and scientists that emphasizes plaintiff-oriented claims. One of Greg's strengths is that he's "people-oriented". Greg says he feels comfortable with people in all walks of life, and "knows how to make even the most reluctant witness feel comfortable enough to talk to him".
Another MRB investigator, Andy Harrington, says he "likes to work on any case involving wheels". And when he does, he uses the skills and knowledge he picked up in school and his previous work as a field investigator at a motor carrier consulting firm. Andy knows how cars and trucks work and how they're supposed to behave on the road. In fact, Andy recently helped the firm launch its newest website on trucking litigation. Check it out at www.mrbtrucklaw.com.
The third member of MRB's investigative team is Bo Simmons. Bo joined the firm just three years ago but before coming here, he worked for several private investigative agencies. Bo believes a good investigator "gets all the information he can as quick as he can while the information is fresh on people's minds". That's because "over time, people can forget tiny details that can be important" to the success of a case. Bo is very good at finding the people he's looking for and the information he needs.
The lawyers at Marsh, Rickard & Bryan --and our clients--are fortunate to be backed up by this great investigative team.
