AROUND THE FIRM

Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, is pleased to tell you about our newest associate: Ty Brown. 

Ty just finished law school at Cumberland School of Law, where he was a teaching assistant in legal research and writing and a member of the Cumberland Law Review. He also did research for Dean Emeritus of the University of Alabama School of Law Charles Gamble and contributed to the 6th edition of McElroy's Alabama Evidence.  Ty is passionate about sports, his new yellow Lab and spending time with his family. Both Ty's brother and father practice law in Mobile.

Tom Powell was selected this year as one of Alabama's Super Lawyers. Tom is well-respected bv his peers for his skills in trial and appellate brief writing.

The Alabama State Bar just selected Derrick Mills to be one of 30 members of the 2010 Leadership Forum. According to the Bar, the training is designed to help Derrick and others become servant leaders in our community and develop leadership skills in the legal profession.
