Professional Malpractice- Doctors, Accountants, Architects, Engineers
A sizable portion of the firm's practice is devoted to litigating cases against doctors, accountants, architects and engineers in malpractice actions. A case against a professional can arise from a physical injury or an economic loss. Over the years, for example, Marsh, Rickard & Bryan has taken on many cases against architects and builders who designed and constructed buildings that hurt or killed somebody. Marsh, Rickard & Bryan also has experience handling cases where clients have been hurt financially by what an accountant did or did not reveal about a transaction. As with all our areas of practice, we work closely with our clients to analyze the claim and evaluate the facts and the law.
