According to the report, the wrongful death occurred when the man crashed his motorcycle. The woman had been riding as a passenger. According to the indictment, the man allegedly recklessly caused the death of the woman. In addition the man violated state law regarding the operation of the motorcycle. The woman was transported to a nearby hospital but died shortly after as a result of her injuries. She has a surviving husband and daughter. No other information was given.
