Three people were injured after a chain-reaction of accidents involving three cars took place in Alabama. According to the report, the car accidents occurred after a speeding vehicle rear-ended a car. The collision sent the speeding vehicle into the oncoming lane where it struck a pickup truck head-on.
Numerous rescue teams responded to the accident. Both the driver and passenger of the speeding vehicle had to be removed from the car via the passenger-side door. The driver and passenger from the speeding car were both taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The pickup truck driver was also taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
When car accidents occur on Alabama roadways, those who are involved often receive significant injuries, including neck and back injuries, head trauma, injuries to internal organs and broken bones. In some cases, these injuries may be debilitating and may change the victims’ lives. These individuals may be entitled to compensation from the driver who caused the accident.
An experienced Alabama attorney may be able to help the victims obtain the maximum amount of compensation for any injuries or damage to their property that occurs due to an auto accident. They may be able to help the victims of auto accidents by walking them through their legal rights and any options that they have available.
By having an in-depth understanding of the rules of the road and the scientific principles behind accident reconstructions, the attorney may be able to give sufficient evidence to prove the accused driver’s negligence. The attorney may use visual presentation methods to show how the accident occurred and the resulting injuries that the victims suffered from.
