Gianna Mandich
Attorney
Gianna Mandich is an accomplished trial lawyer at Marsh, Rickard & Bryan representing plaintiffs in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases across a wide range of practice areas, including medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, and high-profile mass shooting cases. She has successfully handled complex matters involving both individual and consolidated claims, delivering justice for clients harmed by negligent individuals, corporations, and healthcare providers.
Gianna has secured seven-figure jury verdicts and has negotiated eight-figure settlements for her clients. Her innovative strategies in electronic medical record (EMR) audit trail analysis have earned her recognition as a leader in medical negligence litigation, and she frequently teaches other attorneys how to leverage digital evidence in both medical and non-medical injury claims.
Beyond medical malpractice, Gianna’s experience spans representing victims of dangerous products, as well as families devastated by violent incidents, and negligence, where she has pursued claims against premises owners and security providers. Her track record demonstrates a relentless commitment to holding powerful defendants accountable, regardless of industry or complexity.
As a mother of two young children, Gianna is especially passionate about representing women and families affected by gynecological negligence, birth injuries, and pediatric wrongful death. She understands firsthand the trust parents place in healthcare providers and the devastation that medical errors can bring. This personal perspective fuels her dedication to achieving accountability and meaningful compensation for mothers and children harmed by substandard care.
A Birmingham native, Gianna graduated with a double B.A./B.S.M. in Legal Studies and Philosophy from Tulane University in three years, then earned her J.D. with a Sports Law certification from Tulane Law School. She also holds a certification in European Union Institutions and Civil Law from Université Paris-Dauphine in Paris. During law school, she clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Louisiana and worked at a firm in Los Angeles on high-profile criminal defense and entertainment matters.
At Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, Gianna brings to her clients a caring and personalized approach to their cases, trial experience, creative legal strategies, and a proven record of multimillion-dollar results to clients facing life-altering injuries from a wide array of causes.
