Jeff Rickard settled a case for a young family man who was hurt on-the-job at a construction site. The case focused on the lack of safety precautions taken by a general contractor when cutting down a square steel column. That column fell and struck our client in the head. Despite the fact that he was wearing a hard hat, the impact caused a serious spinal cord injury, which resulted in partial paralysis.
