Motorcyclists killed in Alabama crash

In Alabama, motorcyclists are heading out onto the streets in the nicer weather. If you’re a motorcyclist, then you know it can be dangerous to be on the streets, since drivers sometimes find it difficult to see bikes on the roads. That isn’t an excuse, but it does mean that you may be at a higher risk of injury. If you’ve been injured or have lost a loved one and are dealing with their wrongful death due to a motorcycle accident, you may want to consider seeking compensation for your pain and suffering.

Consider this recent wreck that took the lives of two people on their motorcycle who were simply turning out of a parking lot. According to the news from May 16, two people were killed when they were hit by a car while riding their motorcycle along U.S. 431. The wreck took place around 1:45 p.m., and it’s still under investigation.

The initial investigation showed that a motorcycle carrying two people had pulled out of a parking lot of a business on the southbound side of U.S. 431. At that point, either because the driver didn’t see them or didn’t stop, the motorcyclists were hit by a southbound vehicle. Both people on the motorcycle were killed and pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

This crash is still under investigation, so police haven’t released the information about who could be considered at fault in this case. There are many things to consider, like negligence, the use of turn signals and speeding. If any of these things were the cause of the accident and caused by the driver of the car, he or she may be held liable for the incident and could face charges for the crash and deaths.

"They took a case that others would have stayed clear of.."
I have the utmost respect for Rip Andrews and the lawyers at MRB Law. They took a case that others would have stayed clear of because the issue of state immunity was involved. Through determination and unwavering commitment they were able to a find resolution to an extremely difficult matter.

"They...brought justice to my family through a multi-million dollar verdict ."
These lawyers took a complicated issue, revealed the truth in a way 12 jurors unfamiliar with the topic could understand, and brought justice to my family through a multi-million dollar verdict. They were able to relate my “invisible” medical condition to the jury better than I can to my own friends. And because of that, the jury hugged me and cried with me when it was all over. That meant more to me than any amount of money.
